Is this real silver?

No, most pendants are made out of Tibetan Silver, a silver substitute similar to pewter. Chains are silver plated. Please view the listing description if you are unsure of material.

Will the chains/pendant heavily tarnish/ change colour of skin?

No, chains are silver plated and will not change the colour of your skin. Pendants will not change colour either. All jewelery is 100% safe to wear.
